    Flexband Training for Increasing Punching Power

    Sandbag Training for Grapplers

    People email me all the time wanting to know about what type of training we do with sandbags, so what I wanted to do was take a moment and show you.

    For those of you who took advantage of the Grapplers Conditioning sale you will be getting a full 45 minutes of sandbag training drills so be on the look out for your packages


    Sprint Training for Anaerobic Conditioning

    Here is a great workout for thoses of you who are looking to improve your anaerobic conditioning.

    Perform this workout on tuesdays and Thursday during the offseason and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during pre-fight or inseason conditioning

    • 40yd sprint x 6 reps
    • 10yrd sprint x 6 reps
    • 15yd back pedal x 6 reps
    • 10yd back pedal, 10yard sprint x 8 reps
    • 40yd sprint x 6 reps
    • 1500M light jog for recovery


    Single Leg Defense

    For those of you who have a hard time getting away from a tight single leg takedown this video clip is for you.

    The key here is to remember to keep pressure back on your opponent. If your not applying pressure you will have a hard time getting this to work.
